因為是練街舞的 先前幾乎每天做伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐 先前就是為了想要更有臂力 看了網路上的介紹拿了兩張板凳 手放在上面 腳跨在高處 做伏地挺身 過了幾天之後 我做完伏地挺身 之後再做 仰臥起坐 結果胸口超痛...不知道該怎麼辦 = =a我還想練街舞阿請求高人指
